The standard, as supplied gearing is parts 65413 (28 teeth) meshed with 32498 (36 teeth).
Please, can you suggest a way of changing the gear wheels to increase the speed of the car?

You can replace the 32-teeth gear with a 40-teeth one, and the 28-teeth gear with a 24-teeth one. The car seems to have enough room to accomodate the slightly larger gear, and they do align:
Changing from a 32:28 ratio to a 40:24 ratio means a relative 45.8% increase in output RPM.
Note, however:
- You would be losing the differential mechanism. Since a differential is a good thing to have when the car is turning, you might want to try to use an older 24-teeth differential gear.
- The engine power remains the same. This means that the increase in speed is paired with a decrease in torque. Or, in other words: your call might stall, particularly when climbing up slopes.

When you change the gear ratio both speed and torque will change. In case where you have an increased rotational speed torque will decrease by the same ratio. In other words changing 32:28 ratio to a 40:24 ratio the speed is increased 1.67 times and the torque is decreased 1.67 times. You mention possibility of model getting stalled, which is a result of decreased torque.– AlexCommented yesterday

In case you are open to modifications that significantly change the look of the car, you could try increasing the size of the wheels. Of course that would require either removing or rebuilding the wheel well to accommodate the larger diameter tires, or lengthening the axles to allow the larger wheels to stay outside the current boundaries of the car. The handling might also change, so this is another option with a lot of factors to consider.
